A reputable Construction Company seeks to recruit a young, dynamic, and result-oriented Client Relationship Officer (Graduate Trainee) who will serve as the frontline representative of the company and support the end-to-end contract management process, from bid preparation and submission through project execution to closeout. Position Overview/ Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and front office reception. Interpret financial, operational, commercial or customer insights to support business planning and development. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Assist in managing the expenditure of the commercial budget. Monitor market trends and develop strategies to maximize profit margin. Assist in preparing and submitting competitive bid and tender documents. Research and identify new commercial opportunities. Prepare and review contractual and commercial documentation. Ensure invoices are raised within stipulated timelines. Maintain effective working relationships internally and externally. Support end-to-end contract management from award to project close-out. Follow up on outstanding receivables and support collection strategies. Qualifications/ Requirements: Great team player. Fresh graduate with an interest in business development, marketing, or client relationship management. B.Sc. Degree or equivalent in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
