The Plant Manager will ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance, drive customer satisfaction, manage costs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while overseeing a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: Shall be the Plant O&M Manager on site reporting to Agreement manager (Remote) Overall responsibility for plant operations and reporting team in executing all Plant operation related activities. Overall responsibility for Plant maintenance and reporting team in executing all plant maintenance related activities. Overall responsibility for all plant admin related activities Overall responsibility for customer satisfaction. shall Identify, develop, and report business opportunities looking for areas of continuous improvement to plant performance aligned to customer needs.
