Create engaging video content for social media and digital marketing campaigns, including appearing in videos where necessary. Collaborate with the videographer and digital marketing team to develop creative concepts, campaign messaging, and video scripts. Adapt writing style to suit different platforms, formats, audiences, and marketing campaigns. Stay up to date with content marketing, copywriting, and digital communication trends to continuously improve content quality. Research industry trends, real estate market developments, viral content, target audiences, and competitors to create relevant and impactful content. Write clear, compelling, and engaging copy for video scripts, social media, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, and other print and digital marketing materials. Develop compelling headlines, taglines, slogans, and calls-to-action (CTAs) that encourage audience engagement and generate qualified leads. Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic. Requirements: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Real estate industry experience: is an added advantage.
