The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project planning etc. Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Mid level Experience: Length: 4 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Port Harcourt & Rivers State, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Plan and manage the company project, supervise, and give timely reports to the team and to the GM Plan, Review, and implement the schedule before, during, and after construction. Draw and control budgets and optimize construction expenses. Manage, lead, and motivate employees under you for maximum productivity. Carry out regular inspections of construction sites across the country with the aim of compliance, timely and quality delivery. Prepare and share the weekly and monthly status reports of each project of the company under construction. Understand the peculiarity of each project under your supervision and advise management accordingly. Maintain good knowledge of innovation and current realities in the building and project management industry and adapt accordingly.
