We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Facility Manager Job Location: Wuse 2, Abuja Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Manager/supervisor with strong hands-on expertise in electrical systems, plumbing, and general facility management to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, and repairs Conduct routine inspections and ensure all electrical and plumbing systems are functioning optimally Manage contractors, technicians, and service providers to ensure quality and timely work Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and operational costs Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements: Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and provide practical solutions Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory Requirements: Qualification: Engineering, Building and Tech, Estate Management, Business Management, or any related field Proven experience: as a Facility Manager or Maintenance Supervisor Strong technical knowledge in electrical and plumbing systems Ability to diagnose and resolve facility issues efficiently Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
