Key Responsibilities: Deposit Mobilisation & Business Development: Achieve assigned weekly and monthly deposit mobilisation targets. Identify and develop new opportunities for deposit mobilisation from individuals, SMEs, corporate customers, and other target segments. Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective deposit customers. Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers to convert opportunities into deposits. Actively promote savings, deposit, and other financial products to prospective and existing customers. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management : Maintain regular contact with key customers to encourage retention and increased deposits. Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable products and services. Generate referrals and leverage existing customer relationships to expand the customer base. Acquire new customers through direct marketing, referrals, networking, field visits, and other approved channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Field Marketing & Market Development : Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant market intelligence to management. Ensure all marketing and customer acquisition activities comply with approved policies and procedures. Requirements: Education: HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or any related discipline. Relevant professional certification in Marketing, Sales, or Customer Relationship Management is an added advantage. Experience: Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven experience: working with sales or deposit targets.
