Monitor stock levels and ensure effective inventory control and replenishment. Maintain high standards of merchandising, store layout, and product display. Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction. Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance to foster a productive team.
