We are seeking a high-caliber and detail-oriented External Auditor to lead independent financial evaluations, compliance checks, and risk assessments across all business units within our group of companies. The External Auditor will be responsible for validating consolidated financial statements, ensuring strict adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulations, evaluating internal controls, and overseeing component audit processes. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of group-wide internal controls over financial reporting. Perform detailed substantive testing, analytical procedures, and financial risk assessments. Monitor management’s implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions. Identify control deficiencies, financial risks, operational gaps, and potential indicators of fraud. Present audit findings, observations, and actionable recommendations to management. Review accounting practices and compliance with IFRS, tax laws, and relevant regulatory frameworks. Audit consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy. Scope and supervise component audit assignments across business units. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of proven experience: in external auditing. High level of professional skepticism, integrity, and confidentiality. Advanced proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and audit management platforms. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. In-depth knowledge of International Standards on Auditing (ISA 600) and IFRS frameworks. Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or ICAN) is strictly required. Advanced Microsoft Excel and analytical reporting skills.
