Your job is to ensure zero documentation errors, zero cargo loss, and full compliance with Nigerian import/export regulations. You report to the Team Lead, Logistics Management. What You Will Do Track shipments and provide bi-weekly logistics reports to manage customer expectations Reconcile ordered, shipped, and delivered quantities to ensure full value is derived Facilitate freight forwarder and clearing agent selection to ensure timely order pickup Liaise with regulatory agencies — NCS, SON, NAFDAC — to prevent cargo seizure or impoundment Coordinate with suppliers, government agencies, and inspection bodies at country of dispatch Monitor and drive compliance with statutory shipping documentation requirements: You Are the Right Fit If You Have: Sound knowledge of Nigerian import/export regulations and international trade Experience: managing freight forwarders, clearing agents, and government agencies Bonus: Knowledge of contract management | Experience: with Letter of Credit transactions University degree or HND — minimum 2.2/Lower Credit — in Social or Management Sciences Minimum 2 years of experience: in Supply Chain Management Understanding of shipping terms, Form M processing, and shipping documentation.
