Identify and drive continuous improvements across delivery processes. Occasionally support pre-sales activities, including pre-studies. The skills you bring Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or Information Technology; Master's degree is an advantage. 7+ years of experience: in service delivery in the Telecom industry. 5+ years in cloud deployment, including 2+ years in a Solution Architect role. Proven experience: in stakeholder management and requirement gathering. Strong knowledge of OpenStack and Kubernetes (mandatory). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and core infrastructure concepts including networking, storage, and containerization. Strong understanding of networking concepts and different storage technologies; familiarity with 3PP hardware (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.). Experienced in Linux administration and practice. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly. Ability to work under pressure in customer-facing environments. Willingness to travel up to 30% according to business needs.
