We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Control Room Supervisor Location: Ibadan, Oyo Employment Type: Full-time Purpose To oversee the identification and weighing of additives, medications, and micro-ingredients in line with approved production recipes while ensuring accurate feed formulation, inventory monitoring, and smooth production operations. The Job Communicating with the dispatch team to ensure feed availability for timely load-out activities. Monitoring feed and ingredient inventory levels to support uninterrupted production. Ensuring all additives, medications, and micro-ingredients used are in line with approved production recipes. Ensuring mill sanitation standards are maintained and sanitation schedules are effectively implemented. Operating, maintaining, and inspecting control room equipment used in feed production. Confirming that medications are not substituted or mixed inappropriately during production. Verifying that the correct production recipe is used for every product batch. Maintaining accurate production records and promptly reporting any deviations or abnormalities to the Production Manager. Supervising Production Officers and ensuring compliance with operational procedures and quality standards. Monitoring the storage, handling, and utilization of raw materials and micro-ingredients. Qualification and Experience: B.Sc./HND in Animal Science, Agricultural Science, Food Science, or a related discipline. Must have three (3) to four (4) years' cognate experience: in feed mill operations or a similar manufacturing environment. The Person Must: Possess good supervisory and leadership skills. Have a strong understanding of feed formulation and production processes. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling production recipes. Possess good knowledge of micro-ingredients, additives, and medications used in the feed milling industry.
