Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Supervise the receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock records are accurate at all times. Coordinate regular stock counts and investigate any inventory discrepancies. Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered within agreed timelines. Work closely with Procurement teams to support business operations. Ensure warehouse equipment is properly maintained and used safely. Prepare routine warehouse and inventory reports for management. Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, and health and safety regulations. Requirements: Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional Qualification Relevant certification in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics is an added advantage.
