Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company SOPs. Monitor stock levels and report shortages promptly. Monitor food quality, taste, portion sizes, and presentation. Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of meat and other ingredients. Report equipment faults and operational issues promptly. Ensure all grilled products are prepared according to Bukka Hut standards. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the grill and work areas. Supervise and coordinate the activities of grill staff. Supervise the daily operations of the Suya and Grill section. Requirements: Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willing to work shifts and must reside in Lekki or its environs. Previous supervisory experience: in a restaurant or grill section is an added advantage.
