Min Qualification: HND Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Supervise and manage front-of-house and kitchen staff. Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints. Monitor food quality, hygiene, and compliance with operational standards. Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance. Track inventory, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize waste. Monitor daily sales, prepare operational reports, and ensure operational targets are met. Ensure smooth order processing and timely service. Requirements: A minimum of an HND in any discipline (hospitality management or a related field is an advantage). Must have completed the mandatory NYSC programme.
