We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: VideoGrapher / Content Creator Location: Kano Employment Type: Full-time The Role We are looking for a creative and talented Videographer & Content Creator to join our growing team and help strengthen our visual storytelling and digital presence. You will be involved in concept development, filming, photography, video editing and social media content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that showcases our properties, communicates our brand and supports our marketing activities. Key Responsibilities: Capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties, sites, events and company activities. Develop creative content ideas aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives. Edit videos with appropriate captions, graphics, music, transitions and branding. Create property walkthroughs, reels, promotional videos, site videos and other short-form content. Maintain consistency in the company's visual identity and brand presentation. Properly organise and maintain the company's photo and video assets. Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to create content that supports lead generation. Stay updated with social media trends and emerging content formats. Cover property inspections, events, client activities and other company engagements when required. Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant platforms. Shoot and edit high-quality videos for social media and digital marketing. Requirements: Must be willing to travel to properties and project sites when required. Strong portfolio demonstrating previous videography and content creation work. Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good storytelling and creative thinking skills. Experience: in real estate, property marketing or a related industry is an added advantage. Knowledge of photography, lighting, framing and audio recording. Strong understanding of social media content and current digital trends. Minimum of 2 years' experience: in videography, content creation, digital media or a related field.
