The successful candidate will handle flight booking support, fare checks, client communication, ticketing documentation, CRM updates, Amadeus or airline portal monitoring, transaction records and ticketing-to-finance handover. The role requires someone who can respond promptly to client requests, check travel details accurately, maintain proper records and support smooth ticketing service delivery. Key Requirements: First Degree or HND in Tourism, Travel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Customer Service, Aviation, Management or a related field. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience: in ticketing, travel agency operations, airline reservations, customer service, aviation, tours, hospitality or a related travel service environment. Practical experience: with Amadeus, GDS platforms, airline portals, booking systems, CRM tools or travel service platforms will be an advantage. Good understanding of flight reservations, fare checks, ticketing documentation and client travel details. Good oral and written communication skills for client interaction, internal coordination, booking updates and reporting. Ability to follow SOPs, checklists, CRM updates and ticketing-to-finance handover procedures. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, follow-up discipline and client service attitude.
