As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Managing Director to lead the company into its next phase of growth and establish Greenfort as one of Nigeria's leading insurance brokerage firms. Key Responsibilities: Champion the use of technology and innovation to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Foster strategic partnerships and maintain key stakeholder relationships. Drive sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and business expansion initiatives. Lead and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Ensure compliance with NAICOM, NCRIB, and other regulatory requirements. Monitor business performance and implement KPI-driven management practices. Develop and implement the company's growth and business development strategy. Requirements: Master's Degree in a relevant field is required. Extensive knowledge of the insurance industry and regulatory environment. Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Strong financial, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven track record of business growth, strategic leadership, and operational excellence. Minimum of 12 years' post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management or executive role within the Insurance Brokerage Industry.
