Role Responsibilities: Table Service: Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests. Deliver service following the full fine dining sequence (welcome, order, service, clearing, farewell). Take food and beverage orders accurately, with strong menu and wine knowledge. Set up and break down tables to presentation standards.
