Moniepoint is currently seeking qualified and customer-focused professionals to join its team as Implementation Officers in multiple locations nationwide. Job Summary The Implementation Officer will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience: for new customers by deploying and configuring Moniepoint’s business solutions, particularly the Moniebook POS system. The successful candidate will provide product training, resolve onboarding challenges, and help customers maximize the value of Moniepoint’s services. Key Responsibilities: Guide customers through the setup and configuration of Moniebook POS solutions. Conduct onboarding sessions and product demonstrations for new users. Deliver training to customers on effective product usage. Monitor customer adoption and engagement after implementation. Troubleshoot onboarding and product-related issues. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer transitions. Complete implementation projects within agreed timelines. Handover successfully onboarded customers to the Account Management team. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 2–4 years of experience: in customer onboarding, implementation, customer success, account management, or a related role. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities. Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously. Good organizational and time-management skills.
