Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Support employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes. Maintain accurate HR records, policies, and documentation. Administer payroll, benefits, leave, and statutory compliance activities. Coordinate learning and development initiatives while preparing HR reports and workforce analytics. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional Certification : Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM/CIPM) or equivalent HR certification is an added advantage. Experience: 3–5 years in Human Resources.
