The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales revenue, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering a world-class luxury shopping experience. The ideal candidate must have proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert inquiries into loyal customers. Key Responsibilities: Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Convert walk-in customers, online inquiries, and social media leads into paying customers. Provide professional product consultations and recommend suitable hair products based on customer needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending sales opportunities. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using the company's CRM system. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue opportunities. Ensure exceptional customer service before, during, and after sales.
