The General Manager oversees overall daily operations, sets strategic goals, manages and motivates diverse and cross-functional teams, drives efficiency, and ensures alignment with company objectives. Has proven track record of successfully leading, organizing, trust–building, strategic thinking and financial acumen. Must have strong and excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving and time management skills/abilities across management and support roles. Develops and implements strategic plans for Strategic Blueprint and aligns organizational resources to needs and manages prudentially. Experience: in Team Management and coordination of cross-functional activities. Develops high-performance teams; leads and develops staff.
