We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Documentation Officer Location: Sagamu Interchange, Ogun Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Maintain document control systems, including filing, archiving, and retrieval of documents. Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory submissions and inspections. Monitor document revision histories and ensure all documents are current and properly authorized. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary documentation and facilitate audits. Train staff on document control procedures and regulatory compliance related to documentation. Ensure proper documentation of manufacturing processes, quality checks, and equipment maintenance. Prepare, review, and update documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, and validation protocols. Requirements: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and documentation skill Minimum of BSc/HND in Science courses with about 3 years cognate experience: Knowledge of GMP, regulatory guidelines and validation processes.
