Read and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and project specifications. Set out tile layouts, levels, and patterns accurately. Manage tilers, helpers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery. Monitor workmanship and ensure high-quality finishing, alignment, levelling, and grouting. Ensure efficient use of materials, tools, and equipment while minimizing waste. Enforce HSE policies and maintain a safe work environment.
