This is a fully remote, part-time position requiring a high level of accuracy, initiative and personal accountability. Applications are invited for a highly organised, experienced and technically capable Digital Business & Operations Assistant to support the administration, digital systems and content operations of a growing online business and personal brand. Key responsibilities: Upload, schedule and distribute content across the appropriate platforms. Manage digital products, payment links, upsells and customer journeys. Support launches and identify opportunities to improve digital marketing and product delivery. Coordinate video editors and review completed work before approval. Organise and securely store business and content assets. Repurpose long-form videos, podcasts and written material into short-form content. Manage routine customer-support enquiries. Create, format, test and schedule email campaigns and automations. Publish and optimise podcast episodes, videos and other digital content. Coordinate website updates and communicate with web developers. Track tasks, contractors and deadlines through to completion. Monitor Stripe transactions, invoices and payment administration. Test website pages, links, forms and purchase journeys. Maintain organised financial records and liaise with the accountant as required.
