Responsibilities: Prepare and monitor sales performance reports and ensure team accountability. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base. Monitor market trends, customer demands and competitor activities. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for nylon and shopping bags. Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Lead the marketing and sales team to achieve set targets. Key Requirements: Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate a team of marketers to achieve and exceed sales targets. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships and a solid clientele base. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth. Strong sales negotiation, business development and customer retention skills. Must have previously worked as a Marketing Managernin a polythene manufacturing company. Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience: in polythene manufacturing, with proven experience: specifically in the sales and marketing of nylon and shopping bags.
