We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Content Creator/Social Media Manager Location: Ikoyi, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Work Mode: Onsite (Mondays to Fridays) Job Summary: The Content Creator/Social Media Manager develops engaging content and manages social media platforms to strengthen brand presence, grow audience engagement, and support marketing goals. The role includes content planning, publishing, community management, and tracking performance to optimize results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and curate high-quality content (posts, tweets, stories, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience. Handle social media crises and negative feedback in a professional and timely manner. Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms. Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies. Research industry-related topics. Manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all social media platforms. Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. Update our websites as needed.
