Business Developer (PWT) Job Type Contract Qualification OND , Secondary School (SSCE) Experience: 0 - 1 years Location Lagos Job Field Sales and Business Development Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month Job Summary We are looking for energetic and results-driven Business Developers to join our Pay With Transfer (PWT) team. The role involves expanding PalmPay’s merchant network by identifying and onboarding businesses, deploying Business Account Numbers/Pay With Transfer solutions, and driving active usage and transactions among merchants. As a Business Developer, you will work directly in the field, identify high-potential businesses and markets, build relationships with merchants, and drive daily acquisition and deployment targets. You will also follow up with existing merchants to improve activation, transaction activity, and retention. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new merchants and businesses within assigned markets. Deploy and activate Business Account Numbers/PWT solutions for qualified merchants. Drive daily merchant acquisition, deployment, activation, and transaction targets. Build strong relationships with merchants and ensure consistent post-onboarding engagement. Explore new markets and identify opportunities for merchant growth and expansion. Requirements: Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification. 0-1 year experience: in sales, business development, field marketing, merchant acquisition, or customer-facing roles. Training will be provided. Fintech, agency banking, POS, payments, or merchant acquisition experience: is an added advantage. Comfortable with field work and meeting daily/weekly targets. Must reside either in lagos Island, Lagos Mainland, Eti-Osa, Apapa, Amuwo-Odofin, Kosofe, Shomolu or Surulere. Remuneration Monthly Commissions / performance incentives.
