Responsible for operating computerized embroidery machines to produce high-quality monograms, custom embroidery designs, and decorative finishes on fashion and textile products. Key Responsibilities: Embroidery Production: Track production output, thread usage, material inventory, and maintenance logs. Troubleshoot routine machine issues, including thread breaks, needle problems, and alignment corrections. Monitor embroidery runs and inspect finished products to ensure strict quality standards are maintained. Operate computerized embroidery machines to produce custom monograms and embroidery designs with precision, efficiency, and consistency. Load and adjust embroidery files using specialized embroidery software and digitized patterns. Prepare fabrics and materials for embroidery, including proper hooping and stabilizing. Perform regular machine cleaning and routine preventative maintenance. Meet assigned production volume targets while upholding high quality. Team & Operations Support: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation. Collaborate closely with operations and design teams to align with production timelines.
