We are specifically looking for a fresh graduate currently undergoing their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) year or one who has recently completed their service year. The Management Intern will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic planning, project coordination, and workflow optimization. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct market research, analyzing performance metrics, and prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and dashboards to support decision-making. Executive & Management Support: Serve as a flexible, high-leverage resource for the management team by taking ownership of any and all administrative, operational, or strategic responsibilities: assigned by leadership. Project Support: Assist management and project leads by tracking project milestones, documenting progress, scheduling key strategic meetings, and ensuring action items are executed. Comprehensive Business Learning: Actively learn the end-to-end mechanics of Fembol Group's business, spanning logistics, freight forwarding, customer service, sales, and tech development, to gain a holistic understanding of our ecosystem. Product Management Support: Assist product managers throughout the product lifecycle by helping gather and document requirements, maintaining product backlogs, tracking feature rollouts, analyzing user feedback, and conducting competitive product research. Business Integration & Operations: Work at the intersection of business strategy and technology to support the smooth rollout of new digital products, ensuring new systems align with daily logistics operations. Assist in business integration support for new customers. Process Improvement: Continuously observe existing administrative and operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable ways to streamline processes. Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct market research, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and build clear reports, presentations, or dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. NYSC Status: Current NYSC corps member seeking a primary assignment (PPA) or a recent NYSC graduate.
