We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: MEAL Officer Location: Gujba, Yobe Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Support routine monitoring of project activities and ensure implementation meets approved standards and targets. Support accountability mechanisms and follow up community feedback. Conduct field monitoring visits and document findings, challenges, lessons learned and recommendations. Collect, review, analyse and maintain accurate programme data and support quality reporting. Work with programme teams to identify data-quality issues and support corrective actions. Requirements: Integrity, professionalism and compliance with C-HID policies, Code of Conduct, safeguarding, PSEA, anti-fraud and anti-corruption requirements. Commitment to humanitarian principles, accountability, inclusion and respect for affected communities. Good communication, interpersonal, documentation and teamwork skills. Relevant qualifications and experience: for the position applied for. Knowledge of Gujba and/or Buni Yadi is an advantage. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Health or a related field, with relevant MEAL/monitoring experience. Ability and willingness to work in challenging field environments.
