In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing integrated marketing programmes that drive commercial growth while strengthening Argus’ brand presence in a highly mature and competitive market. Key Responsibilities: Own execution of regional marketing campaigns aligned to commercial priorities. Localise global and regional messaging to ensure relevance to the Japan market, working closely with editorial teams to maintain content quality and market accuracy. Proactively develop relationships with reputable industry bodies and media to expand market reach and support sustained demand generation. Lead delivery of regional events (forums, roundtables, networking events) Provide actionable insights to improve targeting and performance. Manage delivery across channels: email, digital, paid media, and social. Monitor performance and optimise campaigns based on data insights Partner closely with local sales and business development teams to ensure full alignment with commercial priorities, key accounts, and go-to-market strategies. Coordinate event campaigns, delegate marketing, and onsite execution. Capture post-event insights, feedback, and success stories. Feedback regional market intelligence to marketing and product teams. Qualifications and Experience: Very strong written communication and analytical skills Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing Strong exposure to events and client engagement. Proven experience: in demand generation and campaign execution 5 - 7 years experience: in B2B marketing within commodities and energy sector Experience: working with Sales teams on pipeline generation Personal Attributes: Self-starter with strong ownership mentality Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix organisation.
