Trade Marketing & Distribution Support: Develop POS materials (banners, shelf talkers, flyers, standees, in-store branding). Design trade promotions to support distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. Work closely with sales teams to improve product availability, merchandising, and visibility. Consumer & Promotional Marketing Coordinate below-the-line (BTL) activities to drive volume sales. Monitor promotion effectiveness and recommend improvements. Plan and execute consumer promotions, discounts, sampling, activations, and roadshows. Digital & Media Management: Oversee digital marketing including social media campaigns, online ads, and content creation. Track campaign performance using KPIs and market data. Coordinate media planning, buying, and public relations activities. Team & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with advertising agencies, printers, media houses, and vendors. Supervise marketing executives, field marketers, and brand promoters. Ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing materials. Reporting & Performance Analysis: Measure ROI on marketing spend and trade promotions. Prepare regular marketing and market performance reports.
