Understand product categories, pricing, stock availability, and product differences. Participate actively in product and sales training sessions. Learn the Company's sales processes, customer service standards, and inventory procedures. Assist with stock identification, counting, arrangement, documentation, and reconciliation during training. Support the Sales and Inventory teams with assigned daily activities. Learn how to use the Company's ERP and other relevant systems. Develop the ability to recommend suitable products based on customer needs. Assist customers and respond to product-related enquiries under supervision. Maintain accurate records and ensure proper handling of product and stock information. Complete assigned assessments, product tests, and practical exercises. Demonstrate continuous improvement in product knowledge, accuracy, communication, and work performance. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong interest in Sales, Customer Service, Inventory, or Retail Operations.
