The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, strengthening our brand identity, and increasing our online presence across digital platforms. Create high-quality content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. Plan, shoot, and edit engaging photos and videos for digital platforms. Design creative graphics, flyers, banners, and promotional materials. Manage the company's social media accounts and maintain a consistent brand voice. Develop monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns. Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to improve engagement. Work closely with different departments to create content for company programs, events, recruitment, and community outreach. Ensure all brand materials are consistent with the company's identity and messaging. Track content performance and provide reports with recommendations for improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Branding, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in content creation, branding, or digital marketing. Strong writing and storytelling skills.
