Sales Representative Job Type Full Time , Onsite Qualification BA/BSc/HND , OND Experience: 5 - 7 years Location Abuja Job Field Sales and Business Development Salary Range ₦50,000 - ₦100,000/month Work Schedule: 5 days per week, including night shifts and weekends Job Summary To drive sales by assisting and educating customers, promoting products, providing excellent customer service, and actively identifying opportunities to increase sales and customer retention both in-store and through assigned sales activities. Key Responsibilities: Attend to customers and assist them in choosing suitable products. Educate customers on products, features, usage, and available options. Promote and sell company products to new and existing customers. Proactively identify sales opportunities and engage potential customers. Follow up with customers and encourage repeat purchases. Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service. Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance. Use the company’s POS and PO systems accurately for sales and product-related activities. Keep basic sales and customer records. Assist with product displays, stock checks, and promotional activities. Stay informed about company products, promotions, and procedures. Carry out other sales-related duties assigned by the Operations Manager. Requirements: Minimum of HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous sales or customer service experience: is an advantage. Must be computer literate and comfortable using POS, PO systems, and basic computer applications. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, friendly, proactive, and persuasive. Target-driven with the ability to work independently. Able to educate customers and communicate product information clearly. Willing to learn, accept new information, and adapt to company procedures. Must be available to work night shifts and weekends.
