We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, managing network and system resources, and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization’s technology systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, maintain, and monitor IT systems and equipment. Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions. Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure and connectivity. Ensure data security, system backups, and IT compliance. Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of IT assets, systems, and configurations. Support staff with IT-related training and technical guidance. Liaise with vendors and service providers when required. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant IT experience. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, networking, and troubleshooting. Experience: with Microsoft Outlook/email administration is an advantage.
