Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance. Manage plumbing, carpentry, laundry equipment, refrigeration systems, air conditioning (HVAC), electrical systems, and other facility infrastructure. Lead and mentor the maintenance team to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to operational standards. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure timely resolution. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and procurement of spare parts and equipment. Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure quality maintenance services. Prepare maintenance reports and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or HND in Facilities Management, or a related discipline. 5-7 years of relevant experience.
