The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, clinic performance, profitability, service quality, business growth and expansion across our outsourced and co-managed clinics. Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall operations and performance of Medclinics across multiple locations. Drive the establishment, expansion and scalability of clinic operations. Oversee provider network management, case management and emergency medical services. Manage operational budgets, P&L, cost optimization and financial performance. Ensure consistent service standards, SOP implementation, regulatory compliance and patient experience: across clinics. Lead facility management, procurement, logistics and vendor relationships. Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and commercial opportunities. Lead workforce planning, performance management and development of multidisciplinary teams. Leverage technology, data and digital health solutions to improve operational efficiency. Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the network. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Health Sciences, Economics or a related field. Master’s degree (MBA, MPH, MSc Health Administration or equivalent) is required. Minimum 7 years’ progressive experience: in healthcare, wellness or lifestyle business operations, including at least 4 years in an operations/leadership role. Experience: in outsourced clinic setup and management is required. Experience: managing multisite healthcare operations such as clinics, hospitals, wellness centres or diagnostic networks. Proven experience: with P&L management, revenue growth and operational scaling . Strong understanding of the Nigerian healthcare landscape and EMS operations. Excellent leadership, commercial, analytical and communication skills. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
