Job Requirements: Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment and directly with the CEO. Highly data-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable working with aggressive monthly targets. Highly organized, reliable, consistent, and accountable. Strong content creation and social media strategy skills. Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently. Experience: running paid campaigns with measurable ROI. Demonstrated ability to design and optimize acquisition funnels. Proven experience: in growth marketing, performance marketing, or marketplace growth. Ability to conduct structured A/B tests and interpret results.
