This includes customer setup, staff training, basic technical support, go-live assistance, and post-launch follow-up. When there is no active implementation or support activity, the person will also visit hotels. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Abuja, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Build plans: Create clear timelines and task lists. Set goals: Match product capabilities to client needs. Manage risk: Spot and fix delivery problems early. On-Site Deployment and Configuration: Travel to sites: Set up hardware or software on location. Configure systems: Tailor setups to fit user workflows. Run tests: Check that systems work before final launch. Client Training and Support: Train users: Teach teams how to use new tools well. Fix issues: Solve technical problems during launch. Hand over: Transition projects smoothly to support teams. Requirements: Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in implementation, customer support, field sales, field engineering, technical support, POS support, software support, or hospitality operations.
