This role requires proactive problem-solving, a strong understanding of IT systems, and effective collaboration with various departments. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: IT Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems. Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and workstations to ensure uninterrupted operations. Ensure data backups, recovery systems, and security protocols are in place and functional. Technical Support: Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Manage IT helpdesk operations and respond to queries promptly. Train employees on the effective use of technology tools and software. System Optimization and Upgrades: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and implement upgrades to improve efficiency. Collaborate with vendors to procure, install, and configure new systems and software. Ensure all systems and applications are up-to-date and running effectively.
