Core Responsibilities: Design marketing assets (flyers, brochures, social posts) using Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator Monitor performance using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager; report on CTR, CPL, and conversion metrics Shoot and edit property tour videos, reels, and short-form content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Adobe Rush Stay current with platform algorithm changes and adjust content strategy accordingly.
