You’ll ensure designs are built accurately, projects stay on schedule/budget, and safety/quality standards are met from groundbreaking to handover. Key Responsibilities: Interpret architectural, structural, MEP drawings, and BOQs on site Plan daily/weekly work schedules and allocate tasks to subcontractors, artisans, and labor Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and logistics to avoid downtime Resolve technical issues with architects and engineers on site Ensure all work matches approved drawings, specs, and design finishes Conduct regular inspections for workmanship, alignment, finishes, lighting, acoustics Manage snag lists and defect corrections before handover Monitor material usage and minimize waste Organize site mobilization activities and resource allocation.
