We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities: Manage the Centre's complaint handling and inspection processes to ensure effective investigation, root-cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions. Oversee the Quality Management Document Control System to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance. Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Centre's Quality Management System (QMS), including the Policy Manual, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other quality documents. Drive quality improvement initiatives across all departments to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. Monitor compliance with quality standards and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Prepare and present quality assurance reports, audit findings, and compliance updates to Management. Lead investigations into quality incidents, non-conformities, complaints, and workflow disruptions, ensuring appropriate documentation and resolution. Review quality assurance standards, policies, and procedures regularly and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Monitor service delivery processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience: and operational performance. Requirements: Educational Qualification: Relevant quality management certifications will be an added advantage. Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc./HND) in Medical Laboratory Science, Quality Management, Health Sciences, Public Health, Biological Sciences, or a related field. Experience: Experience: within a healthcare, laboratory, hospital, or diagnostic centre environment is required.
