Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Montessori certification or formal Montessori training is an added advantage. 2–3 years of teaching experience in a Montessori school. Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and classroom practices. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. A patient, creative, and nurturing personality.
