Leads, guides, direct team members and support team growth. Ensures process and packaging machines are available for production. Responsible for resolving issues during shifts and ensures equipment related issues are promptly resolved. Ensuring planned Preventive Maintenance are executed timely, machines maintained are available and reliable for production use. Ensures all Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown repairs are logged in CMMS MAXIMO. Measure machine performance, Investigate equipment failures to mitigate reoccurrence of identified failures Identify, discuss and propose solutions to recurring problems with key stakeholders. Responsibel for team discipline. Our Perfect Candidate Holds minimum HND/BSc in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering. Between 5 - 8 years post NYSC relevant work experience: preferably from Food Manufacturing industry At least 3 year experience: leading high performing team Experience: in Good Manufacturing Practice.
