We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Forklift Operator Location: Lagos About the job Ensure proper maintenance of assigned forklift machine Load and unload materials and merchandise and stack them to assigned places Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment Prompt reporting of defects on assigned forklift machine for necessary repairs/replacement to engineering Ensure forklift machinery operation is within the correct parameters in accordance with established company policies and legal guidelines Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance Report any identified problems with regards to the food safety management system to the Food Safety team for appropriate actions to maintain the integrity of the company Timely transport raw materials to production workstations Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies to vehicles (forklift) Maintain good GMP/GHP in the workplace Daily routine checks of forklift machine Requirements: Physical stamina and strength Teamwork and communication skills.
