Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to increase occupancy, revenue, and market share. Lead and supervise hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Security, and Administration. Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, security, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, facilities, and service operations. Monitor guest feedback and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Recruit, train, supervise, motivate, and evaluate hotel staff to maintain a high-performing team. Ensure consistently high standards of guest service and promptly resolve complaints and operational issues. Manage budgets, operating expenses, purchasing, inventory, and cost-control measures. Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across all departments. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards. Monitor occupancy, room rates, revenue, expenses, and overall hotel profitability. Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency and profitability. Prepare operational, financial, and performance reports for management. Monitor staff productivity, attendance, grooming, discipline, and compliance with hotel policies. Requirements: Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Strong understanding of hospitality service standards, health and safety, and regulatory compliance. Professional hospitality certification or relevant industry membership is an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management/PMS software. Minimum of 5–7 years' experience: in hotel operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory position. Proven experience: managing a hotel, resort, serviced apartment, or similar hospitality establishment. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
