We are recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational organization for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to drive enterprise-wide capability development, learning strategy, and organizational learning initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver blended learning interventions. Lead the planning and execution of Graduate Trainee and leadership development programmes. Build strong relationships with business leaders, internal stakeholders, and external learning providers. Support the implementation and effective utilization of Learning Management Systems (LMS). Develop and maintain learning reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Measure learning effectiveness, ROI, and business impact. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual learning plans. Develop and implement the organization's learning and capability development strategy. Design competency frameworks and structured learning pathways. Ensure compliance with learning policies, governance, and statutory training requirements. Requirements: Additional professional certifications in Human Resources, Adult Education, Business Management, or related fields will be an advantage.
